Troy is a visionary, solutions-oriented engineering, operational leader and change agent with thirty years of experience in aerospace, military, medical device and OEM operations. Acknowledged expertise in the achievement of quality, cost and schedule targets through: risk identification and mitigation, strategic planning, organizational design and deployment, employee development, product design and process optimization, problem solving, and overall technical knowledge.
Career track includes twenty years of instructor/trainer/coach/mentor experience in addition to leadership responsibilities in: product design and process development, durable goods manufacturing, production control, material management, field service, and continual improvement of systems, products, and processes.
